939$ left!! OMG!! Can't believe I'm going to end my first challenge money... I'm thinking of continuing it till the end of December but I'll decide later when I reach 4000$ =P !!

Yesterday I was working like usual on 3pm to 11pm.

The old customer whom I've been talking to for a long time now is starting to freak me out. I was taking his order like usual and I knew what he wants in his coffee since he always say the usual. I told him the total price and he said to me in French : Baah! I don't care about price! It means nothing to me! I want to talk about love. I was a little cluless but I laugh a little because I thought it was a joke. He asked me about my bf and I talked about him and everything. He then asked me if my bf makes love with me in Spanish. I was shocked but to be polite, I keep smiling and said : I don't know hehe... Then I quickly said bye. He sat at another place, somewhere where he can see me and he was looking at me.

I went to the back and I was so traumatized. My two coworkers said that he does that to everyone and one coworker said that before, they were talking like she does with a few customers, she was telling him that she is going camping with his bf this weekend and he said : So you are going to fuck with your bf all weekend?! She reacted the same way as I did without the laugh and after this accident, she ignores him whenever he comes over. All she does is take his order and go.

God... After this accident, I am not talking to him like I used to anymore. This old pervert is freaking me out. EEEWww. He knows that I'm 18 and he talked to me about this!! Aaarg, I feel like punching him so badly.

I look at my piggy bank and I have a lot of money in there. Wait I am in the 3000$ already! O.O !!

I have.... 40$ in my piggy! Oh yeah!!

I'm going to add them up again.

Woohoo!! Man I love my new rules =P. They are fun to follow and I don't need to do it everyday. I'm beginning to think that the challenge is easy now. Before the end of the year, I think I'm going to continue this one before I change into something else. Of course, it'll be something that relate to travel!!

I added my new paycheck for the week since I don't need any more money for July anymore.

I put the surplus money into my challenge money. I have around 229.7$ to put in.

I'm also going to put my tip that I got from working two other shifts this week on Thursday and Friday. I got 57$ excluding my 30$ allowance for this week.

Today tip at work will make it 3000$!! OMG!! YAY!! I achieve this in less than a year already!! I'm so happy !! ^.^!

My total tip of the weekend is 44$. I'm putting 14$ in there.

This wednesday, I got the news from a principal in school that I failed my French written exam. That means that I can't take my high school diploma now and without it, I can't go to college this fall. So I'm doing it again on July 30th and I have to study now.

I'm planning to read one French book a week and I'm going to write my thoughts and everything in French in a journal. I'm also going to ask for help from people in my enrichi class when I receive my textbook on July 23rd. I'm so glad that I have friends who are naturally good in school! =D

I went to the bank yesterday to deposit 50$ in my chequing account. I notice that I spent the money in my budget... Mostly on beauty stuff this month and eating out. I also notice that I have 200$ more than I plan to have in my chequing so i just put the money in my challenge account.

New balance : 2693$

My chalenge money is getting better. Although, I'm beginning to feel like I should change my goal in some ways. Because after this challenge, I decided to visit my friend in Morocco next year. My second goal will be to save a certain amount for next year but I'm quite unsure for now. I'll keep you guys update later on.

By the way, my budget is getting better. I don't use my 30$ allowance/week that fast anymore. Although, I have to work on my habit of eating out too much.

After two years of not cutting my hair, I finally cut it today. I went to the salon and I ask the same guy who did my hair for my prom to cut it and curl it permanently. It came out cool and I look younger too. I waste 133$ including tips. Well... I didn't even do anything to my hair until now and I spend a lot on beauty product these days but I'm keeping it on track with my budget.

Anyways I'm going to add my tip money on my work day. I earned 54$ this weekend. So I'm going to add 24$ on my challenge money.

One of my coworker left at the beginning of July and another one replaced him two weeks ago.

The new guy is from Morocco and he just immigranted here so I was quite interested in talking to him because of his origin. He is really a hardworker and he wants to learn as much as he could but there is one problem... Whenever I talk to him about work, we end up arguing.

Yesterday at work, there was a rush at work so I asked him if he could make a bagel while I take the order, he said : Yes. So I thought, okay you make the bagel. I was half way through the order of a customer and he talks to me. I said : Wait! Wait! After I finished serving the customer, I came to him and he went away. I went to see him and he was so pissed. He said : I can't serve the client with an injury *show me his injured finger*! Don't you dare order me around anymore!!! I was confused and shocked at the same time. What was wrong exactly? I tried talking to him after an hour and a half and before I start anything, I said that I respect him and that I didn't treat him as a slave or anything but I was stress and that was the reason why I react like that. He doesn't want to listen to it and he didn't make much sense to me. Another of my coworker said to him : Wait till you go in the front, you'll see how it's like. He said : No! I will never be like that!! I told my coworker who just talked to him : Well just forget it... He'll understand it later. After another hour while I was on my break, he apologized and he said he doesn't want any tension between us. I said I was okay with that and I tried explaining to him that when we're stress, we have to act like the customer is our priority.

Our second argument, we tried to advoid it as much as possible. When we talked to me about the tips that he should be getting soon. I just talked to him about my concern that the boss wants him to do three things. He has to know the cash register, the sandwich counter and the baker in the afternoon. We almost got into an argument. To be honest, I don't even know half of what he was talking about because he seems to find the way I talked to him like I was insulting him.

I decided it's better not to talk work with him or else, I'm going to start disliking him more. I don't think I want to train him anyways. It's better that my other coworker train him.

I worked two days so I got 53$ as tips. I'm going to add 23$ to my challenge money.

2446 + 23 = 2469$

I'm going to start on my budget test this month to see if it will work. So far, I bought a card for 62$ because I'm going to go out often. I used 4$ from my budget to take the bus so I'm left with 4$ in my transportation account. As for my first allowance this month, I already used 3$ for donation yesterday because I saw an old Chinese lady on the street and she looks so pitiful... I don't know if it was an act or it was real but it broke my heart to see her like that so I gave all my change and my cousin gave all her change too. We gave in total 6$. Man, I was wondering if she was doing it to get money easily or not because we worked hard for the money. I also spent 10$ on dinner with friends yesterday.

I'm left with 17$ this week. Last week allowance, I have 4$ but I spent it yesterday... lol for breakfast... Well it was Canada's day so I dunno, I kinda was spendy in some way.

As for my challenge money, I found 55$ in one of my jeans pocket and I have no clue where it came from so I'm saving it. I got 10$ as a late birthday gift from my cousin yesterday. I have 65$ to put in my account =D!!
