I notice that I have difficulty keeping most of my paycheck money these days. Oh course... I used my 1000$ reserve money but it's not enough. It proves that no matter how much I got, it'll never be enough.

I'm not going to add anything on my 20$ for a little while. I'm going to organize myself a little bit and concentrate on school.

By the way, I count my piggy bank again and I have 20$ more in there.

Everytime I have my moments of wanting to talk about guys that I've seen which is rare but it often last for an hour max. My coworkers think I'm boy crazy. Well I like looking at guys because I'm a female and straight (obviously ._.') but I don't talk about them 24/7 and I rarely talk about them.

Anyways, I said I saw the back of a guy in my swimming class and he has a nice back. Then I talk about his athletic body and his good looks then I talk about another guy in the same class and his body is nice too lol... Well, I like talking about my little adventure with the (innocent adventures) once awhile but it doesn't make me boy crazy. Maybe talking for a least an hour is not such a good idea lol... But I swear that it's the first time I notice a guy body. It was so tone!! Okay I'll stop ^.^'!

My boss finally gave me a day of the week to work. Next week, I'm going to work Sunday only from 3 to 11 pm. He got pissed when I ask him for a Saturday instead and to finish till 9 because he has been receiving numerous requests from college and university coworkers to work once a week. Ah well. I don't mind too much but it would be great to reduce it to 6 hours a week so I can sleep and do my homework and not be too tired at my Knowledge in the Ancient world class on Monday.

At least, I can keep my job for now. Although, I would like to not work anymore. I've seen so many teenagers that don't work and they get good grades. Wish I have that much time and a weekend of no school + no work sound great but I want the money. XD I've been working at 8 years old. Although the job my parents gave me when I was little wasn't that much but it would be great to not have to work anymore for awhile and experience life without working again. That day might come but I need to feed my dream of traveling too.

I didn't mention that I put 185$ in there at my solving clothing + room problems amount leftovers. The bad news is, I didn't buy too many clothes but I'm okay for now. I've been abusing my money so I'm putting a stop to it by dumping the whole amount in the challenge.

I'm currently back into my frugal ways. I made lunch today with the things I have in my house. I manage to make pasta with meat that I've found in the fridge where two days ago, my brother used a big chunk of the meat to make curry with rice. It's still good though =P. I enjoyed my lunch with a couple of friends today.

Time to get serious. So far, I add 450$ since my last challenge post which mean that I add 265$ from my paycheck today.

I decide to save for my New York city trip this December. I know for sure that I will not be needing 500$ because I'm going with friends and the transport will be provide except the gas. We are going to split the cost for hotels too. The only big expense I'll be facing is the food and the shopping. I already have 44$ in my piggy bank already and I'm going to put all my change in there.

I just notice something about me while looking at other girls around my age today. I never really dress fashionable and trendy like them.

I was wearing my green 3/4 sleeve jacket match with a black top, with a pair of dark wash jeans with white sneakers. Not a good combo but I didn't want to walk in heels today. I feel pretty different from them. My clothes are nothing trendy. Just classic things that really suit me. I like the feeling of being different from others.

I order my second research book and it should arrive this Friday at the school library. I hope so... My first book will probably arrive this Thursday. *sigh* Whatever, I'll just write whatever I know for tomorrow. My class finish at lunch time and I don't know if my activity block is booked with my friend since we promise to work out together every Wednesday although I don't know anymore.

Anyways, today I went searching for my book on every bookshelf that is in Montreal and none carry the book that I'm looking for. I'm so disappointed. There's none available in Quebec!! Arg... I never have this much problems with books before... I guess it's only the beginning of college now. So yeah, I'm going to start writting my essay tomorrow.

By the way, while I was passing by a bookstore, I went to the stores to look at tights to match with my skirt and boots. It was a buy one and get the second 50% off. I didn't intend on buying anything else but I found sandals that I was thinking of buying for summer. It was 19$ and it becomes 7$. In addition with the 50%, it came out as 3.50$. When I got home, the tights were too small. Man I waste 10$!! I'm so furious right now and I don't want to buy another one. I shouldn't have pick the Small one, my legs are longer! *sigh* I'm so pissed.

I went to see if I can match my new sandals with my skirt and it goes pretty well togehter and I can match with my summer clothes. I'm happy about it but now I can't wear my boots with my skirt because I have very pale legs and my upper body is tan. I have no choice but to wear my other black skirt then...

Maybe my friend is right, I'm becoming a spender. I'm losing control a little bit in my spending...

Tonight, I'm going to try to clear my mind. I did a lot of stupid purchases lately that I could avoid. Anyways, tonight I'm going to try to clear my mind by putting order in my school life.

I'm stressing about the essay that is due next Monday and I have troubles finding the book for my essay. I can't believe that my book is not available in Quebec. I went to the sites that Amber's suggest me and the books are cheap but the shipping takes up to 14 days!! I need it by next week so I went to Amazon and bought it brand new and it will ship this Wednesday. Stupid of me? Yes, I could have talk with the teacher but the book was perfect for my essay and it is peer-reviewed. Anyways, I had one month to do it but I didn't start because of exams and such. *sigh* I learned my lesson. It's time to manage my time well.

My brother is worst than me. He writes his essays at the very last minutes. Want an example? Yesterday at 10 pm, he was writting his English essay due tomorrow morning. He was bitching at us because we are bothering him and his excuse is always, I don't have time! Yeah right...

Anyways... I have to manage my time and try to not spend anymore. I don't even regonize myself anymore... I'm becoming someone whom I fear the most and I feel like a hypocrite now =_=.

I've been sending mix signals to people. Lately, I've been spending quite a lot on things such as clothes and room stuff. A friend of mine saw my receipts of my recent purchases last week and he was shocked. He said that I'm a spender. Although, he judges me because he doesn't know me. I asked him if I send mix signals about the way I spend, he said yes. LOL... I feel bad though.

I'm suppose to hang out with a friend tomorrow but the supervisor asked me to work on that day last Tuesday. She literally beg me to work so I gave in. *sigh* It would have been a spend day tomorrow but turn out I'm going to make money.

I spent almost half of it. You guys might expect me to have a lot of clothes by now but not much... I have a sweater(39.31$), two coats (chic and casual ones (200.92$), a stripe soft scarf(34,18$), a pair of chic boots with spray and brush (199.40$), a mid-lenght black skirt(on sale: 34.18$) and a chic bag (with my friend 50% rebate (28.48$))

In total, I have spent 536.47$. I'm feeling the shock here. I feel the same way too but I bought those things because it's classic style. It's a nice change from my old style.

I would like to explain my situation to you as of why I spend that much in two days. Well... you see. Some of you may be imagining me in trendy clothes but to be honest, I'm far from being in fashion. I don't fit into the trend today and I never have. I don't follow it and I always buy clothes that are cheap. It's also the reason why my clothes get into waste, because they don't last very long or I get tired of them because it doesn't fit me well. Even my friends said that I'm not a follower type and I buy what I like. If you compare me with other girls, I look outdated lol.

Recently,I've been changing my style for a more casual look. I feel and look good in the two sweaters that I found in my mom's closet and I look through my clothes. I notice that I like those with classic look. They are more versatile and I never seem to get tired of it. The ones that are really trendy and flashy (I have some), it seems that I'm having a hard time matching it up or I don't like it anymore. That's why I want to buy classic nice quality items.

None of my clothes follow the trend right now except the pea coat which is more toward classic style than trendy. The sweater that I bought is a stripe kind, it fits my body type and I love how I look. More mature and I can wear it with a pair of jeans, a black skirt and bubble skirt and a pair of black pants. Quite versatile and the colors is indigo and grey. My casual coat is green military style, it looks so nice on me. I look stylish with it and it match with my casual clothes. The stripe scarf, I love it! I can match it with a black sweater or with my pea coat. It looks so nice and it's not the one that is trendy today. My cousin said that she likes how the stripe is in diagonal shape. The boots, it looks really stylish and sexy looking that I can wear it with a skirt or shorts.It's not the boots that everybody is wearing right now tuck in their jeans. The mid-lenght skirt, it looks good with my boots and I can wear it in the summer when I go to Morocco and Spain. The chic black bag is when I go out to any special occasions. It's really nice and I got it at Globo. The brand is United Benetton and the regular price is 49.99$ + tax. I saved around 25$!! Yes =P !

I hope you guys understand ^.^'. I'm trying to be more careful with my clothing purchases and avoiding trendy clothes. I'm also an X-Small and Small size now. I choose to buy clothes that are form fitting because it shows my curve that I recently acquire since I left high school. Although I feel uncomfortable that I'm attracting guys in college now which is quite distracting sometimes.

This morning, I went to eat breakfast with friends whom I haven't seen for a long time. It was nice to see them again. I told them that I feel like going to Cuba or something and they were like : Yeah... Remember about the Quebec trip? We didn't even go!

Then I mentioned that I'm going to Spain and Morocco next year. They were like : Yeah yeah... We're going to see next year! LOL Man I know that I didn't keep my words about going to Quebec city two years ago so I don't blame them for not believing me that I'm going to travel next year. I showed them my bank receipt where I put my challenge money in to prove them that I'm saving for it. Although, the real way to prove to them that I'm serious about traveling is by going there which I will.

Today, I decided to put some money in. I have 2136$ to go... I hope that I won't change my mind. I have to stop changing my mind I'll regret it later.

I got 25$ of tips yesterday and I add 10$ that I have left after going to eat lunch with my friends this morning.

I recently got my paycheck last thursday. It was 288$ instead of around 300$. Arg... They deducted 16$ now instead of a few dollars -.-". Ah well. I guess I reach the limit of earning more than 8000$ so that is why they charge more tax on me.

I took out 50$ in my paycheck to pay for the grocery (11$), repayback my friend (10$) and next week grocery. I transfer 128$ into my challenge money account and kept 140$ in chequing account for mutual funds (100$) and the 40$ where I'm going to keep this amount for awhile.

I went to Winners and La vie en Rose today.

I wanted to go directly to Winners first before stopping at other outlet shops but I had to stop by La vie en Rose first because I was interested in looking at bikinis.

Speaking of bikini, I don't own any because I was quite conservatist before and I didn't think two pieces look good on. Well it looks alright on me. I bought two blue pieces bathing suit and it cost me 18.78$ and a tankini top piece for 20.96$ plus tax. In total, I spent 48.64$ which will go out in my clothing + room fixing budget. I spent about an hour and a half trying the bathing suits on and making sure that I really like them to buy it. They are cheap but I expect them to last long enought. I think the sale lady didn't like me much because I took too much time compare to other people. Ah well.

I decided to use the 1000$ for clothes and other things. I think the same way as Luna do about spending on expensive (or not) classic items. I'm going to patiently shop and I already made a list of what I need to buy. I'm not a shopaholic and I don't go shopping every week but I get unsatisfied with my clothes easily. So yeah. I'm going to try to plan carefully and solve my problems once and for all. I'm going to find thrift stores in Montreal when I have time. Around where I live, there's not a lot of good ones and the clothes are so disorganized.

About the clothes that I just found and the two tank tops (Classic type of tank tope) that I just bough last week which cost me 15$ for two (black and white), I'm going to take pictures of them when I have the time and when I find my dad's camera located somewhere in the house.

I'm going to take out all my clothes budget to put in my challenge money and my christmas present.

*Sigh* These days, I feel like I'm sucking in a little in my saving account because I miscalculated the amount that I have in my chequing to pay my credit card. It's quite complicated now and I'm trying to fix it. If I put my clothes budget in there, it will fix everything eventually.

I need to find a way to fix my problems of spending on clothes. My only problem is the clothes area where I need to buy basic clothes and I have some unplanned spending. I'm still thinking of a way to make my clothing needs disappear for good and be satisfied with the clothes that I have. Although, I'm really lacking in sweaters for the winter! hmmm...I'm reading a few sites these days on how to find classic and good quality clothing.

There's also a need to buy hangers for my closet in my room and shoes rack. I gave all my old hangers for my brother and now I have none. All my clothes are in my dresser. So yeah... I'm thinking of taking my 1000$ in my first challenge money to spend on those things and yes... I'm going to try to spend it wisely. I already made a list on the clothing that I need and I'm going to buy a few of those things probably next week in my two days of study breaks.

I'm trying this out and I hope that it will solve my problem.
