Nothing to talk about

I don't have anything to talk about these days... All I do is work and hang out with friends (usually at my house).

Dad wants to pay me once a month instead of twice per month because it costs him 0.87$ to deposit my paycheck. I don't mind at all because I don't need the money for the time being and most of it will go into my travel fund.

For the moment, I want to concentrate on how I'm going to make a reasonable budget and my plan B part 2.

Do you have an account at the same bank with your dad? If so, he could just transfer the money online, and that shouldn't cost anything....

In fact, I don't really understand why it costs him money at all to deposit a paycheck?

No I don't have the same account as my dad's company. I don't mind getting paid once a month anyways. The 0.87$ is the fee to deposit my paycheck in my bank.

They charge a fee? I never knew that banks did that
